- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number and any message you send when you contact us, join our email list or book a class.
- Booking and payment information: class bookings, packages and payments are handled through our booking provider, Mindbody. Payment card details are entered with Mindbody and its payment processors, not stored by us on this website.
- Information collected automatically: like most websites, our site and its service providers collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To book and manage your classes, packages and studio visits
- To answer your questions and provide customer support

How we share information

We share it only with service providers that help us run the studio and website, such as our website host (Squarespace), our booking and payment platform (Mindbody) and email or analytics tools, and only so they can provide those services to us.
